This highly anticipated project is expected to be completed by 2026 and will encompass one million square feet of mixed-use space.

– The Knox Hotel and Residences: Managed by renowned hotel operator Auberge Resorts Collection, this luxurious property will offer 140 rooms as well as 48 high-end condominiums.

– Retail and restaurant space: Over 100,000 square feet of ground-floor and second-story retail spaces will be available at the Knox Street development.
