A new mixed-use development is currently under construction in the vibrant Knox Street neighborhood of Dallas. The joint venture partnership, consisting of MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Company, The Retail Connection, and Highland Park Village Associates (the JV), has already begun work on this highly anticipated project.
Expected to open in 2026, the Knox Street development will encompass one million square feet of mixed-use space. This will include a luxurious hotel and residence managed by renowned operator Auberge Resorts Collection. Additionally, there will be a nine-story office building with retail and restaurant spaces on its lower floors. The ground floor and second story will also feature over 100,000 square feet for retail and dining options.
The development’s multifamily residential component is set to impress as well with a 27-story building offering 173 units complete with top-notch amenities and spacious balconies. Construction financing for this ambitious project is being provided by Beal Bank while Balfour Beatty and Andres Construction are handling construction services.
