"Central Park in Phoenix Seeks P&Z Approval"

Central Park, located at the intersection of Central and Indian School Road in Phoenix, is a highly-anticipated development project spanning 74 acres. The Pivotal Group has partnered with California-based architecture firm AO Architects to design this mixed-use community which will feature a 21-story residential tower, an 18-story office tower, a market/grocer space with an adjacent restaurant, and two eight-story luxury multifamily towers. Additionally, there will be a senior independent living community consisting of 320 units.

The development plans also include almost 78,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and approximately1 ,450 residences. With its prime location in the heart of Phoenix’s bustling city center, the Central Park project is poised to become one of the most sought-after destinations for both residents and businesses alike.

Next week, the Pivotal Group will present their final proposal to the Phoenix Planning Commission for approval before it moves on to City Council review in January. This exciting new addition to Phoenix’s landscape promises not only economic growth but also offers much-needed housing options for residents looking for modern amenities within walking distance from their homes.
