Novare Group and BCDC have joined forces to introduce the new Populus Pooler, a 316-unit rental community in Savannah. Strategically located between the bustling seaport of the South and Georgia’s largest economic development project, Hyundai Motor Group’s “Metaplant,” this property offers residents convenient access to both work and leisure opportunities.
The $5.5 billion manufacturing plant is set to open in 2025, creating over 8,500 jobs and producing up to 300,000 electric vehicles annually. In addition to its prime location, Populus Pooler boasts an array of amenities for its residents including a car care center on-site as well as a game room and library nook for entertainment purposes. Dynamik Design was responsible for architectural duties while Classic Plains Construction served as general contractor on this project which received financing from Citizens Bank (senior lender) along with mezzanine financing from Livcor who will also handle property management duties going forward.
