Cypress West Partners has recently completed construction on a state-of-the-art 22,000-square-foot medical office building in Queen Creek, Arizona. The property, known as Ocotillo Medical Collaborative and located at 22363 E. Domingo Road, is fully leased to five tenants and was built at a cost of $10 million.
According to Jason Anzalone of Cypress West Partners, the decision to build this facility was driven by the growing population in Queen Creek and their need for accessible medical services. To overcome challenges with limited available land zoned for medical use, they strategically purchased retail-zoned land and obtained entitlements for medical purposes.
This development marks the first off-campus lease opportunity for a medical office building in Queen Creek. With over 2 million square feet of existing properties across the United States under their portfolio – including more than 250,000 square feet currently being developed – Cypress West Partners continues to expand its presence within the healthcare real estate market.
