Harwood International is constructing a 23-story tower in Dallas, spanning over 340,000 square feet. The project, known as Harwood No.15, will contribute to the impressive portfolio of developments within the expansive 19-block Harwood District.
Harwood No.15 boasts an array of luxurious amenities including saunas, steam rooms and cold plunge pools. Additionally, it offers a state-of-the-art fitness center and a sprawling rooftop park spanning over 20,000 square feet with advanced conference facilities tailored for technology-focused events. A new dining establishment will also be incorporated into the development’s offerings.
Construction for this ambitious project is scheduled to commence in mid-2024 and conclude by late-2026.
The design team behind this innovative development comprises Kengo Kuma & Associates from Japan along with Corgan from Dallas alongside Harwood’s own proficient design and construction management teams.
The projects within the bustling Harwood District maintain an average occupancy rate of 93%.
