Fairfield Properties Acquires Mount Sinai Rental Complex

Fairfield Properties has recently acquired Sutton Landing, a 225-unit adult community located in Mount Sinai, New York. This acquisition marks the addition of the second property to their portfolio of 425 units.

Sutton Landing at Mount Sinai is specifically designed for residents aged 55 and above, offering garden-style apartments and single-story single-family rentals. The community boasts various amenities such as a two-story resident clubhouse, fitness center, and outdoor pool.

The seller was represented by CBRE’s team led by Jeff Dunne, Eric Apfel, Aron Will John Sweeny and Scott Bray while also procuring the buyer. Additionally,CBRE arranged financing for this transaction through its Freddie Mac Optigo Lending Platform with assistance from Shawn Rosenthal,Jason Gaccione,Jake Salkovitz,Aron Will Matthew Kuronen,and Michael Cregan.
