Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has successfully negotiated a restaurant lease for the 51-story, 960,000-square-foot office tower at 77 W. Wacker Drive. The upcoming establishment, Good Eating Company, specializes in organic and locally sourced dishes and is expected to open its doors in the first quarter of 2024.
Good Eating Company will offer an exceptional café-style dining experience with a variety of options such as locally sourced coffee, breakfast items, lunch specials and happy hour deals. In addition to this, they also provide catering services as well as pop-up events within the building premises. To cater to tenant needs more efficiently,a mobile coffee and boba cart will be available for use throughout the building.
