Transwestern Facilitates New Restaurant Lease in Central Loop

A new restaurant is coming to the Central Loop area. Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has successfully negotiated a lease for building ownership at 77 W. Wacker Drive, a 51-story office tower spanning over 960,000 square feet. The upcoming establishment, Good Eating Company, will specialize in organic and locally sourced dishes and is set to open its doors in the first quarter of 2024. Spanning across an impressive retail space of 5,000 square feet on the ground floor.

Good Eating Company will offer patrons a delightful café dining experience with an array of options including locally sourced coffee, breakfast items as well as lunch specials during happy hour. Additionally they also provide catering services along with pop-up events and even have plans for a mobile coffee and boba cart that can be transported throughout the building or within tenant spaces.

According to Kathleen Bertrand – Senior Vice President at TRS – “We are delighted to welcome Good Eating Company which brings not only added value but also caters to our tenants’ needs while enhancing their overall experience.” She further adds that thanks to stable ownership without any debt obligations now allows them prioritize bringing elevated amenities thus providing world-class experiences for all tenants alike.
