GREA represented the seller in this transaction, Fillmore Capital Partners, who sold the asset to Lexington Partners. Located at 2751 Hammondton Road in Marietta GA., The Pines at West Cobb is a 1969-built garden-style multifamily asset featuring 257 units with one-, two-, and three bedroom garden style townhome floor plans. Recently benefiting from construction projects such as Osborne High School and Windy Hill Boulevard nearing completion; it is expected that these improvements will result in increased performance for this property going forward .
