Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC and Partners Group have commenced construction on a new apartment building at 7340 Wisconsin in Bethesda, Maryland. The project will revitalize an underutilized site and bring new life to the area.
SK&I Architecture and JGNA have designed the community, which will feature 301 residences including studios to three-bedroom layouts with penthouse units on upper floors. Additionally, there will be 46 Moderately Priced Dwelling Units (MPDUs) available for residents. Amenities such as a speakeasy, rooftop pool, and fitness center will enhance the living experience.
According to John Clarkson, managing director of development at Greystar: “The location of 7340 Wisconsin Ave presents a unique opportunity for us to create a boutique project that reflects its prime location near mass transit options and top-rated public schools.” The project is scheduled for completion in early 2026 with initial units ready by Q4 of 2025.
