EDEN Multifamily is partnering with developer and investor The Dermot Company to bring a Class-A, luxury rental residential tower to downtown Miami’s Park West district. Award-winning architect Kobi Karp has been commissioned to design the 44-story, 430-unit high rise that will feature 8,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor as well as 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space including a pool, fitness center health & wellness areas club rooms coworking spaces and more. Construction is expected to begin in 2024.
Greenberg Traurig is representing the joint venture in land use process while Jordan Karp LLC brokered pending acquisition of project site. This project will be designed constructed & operated according latest ESG investment principles & standards for commercial real estate resiliency & environmental certification purposes.
