Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE) has strengthened its leadership team by welcoming Kerry Hawkins as senior director of Asset Management and Stephen Brodsky as director of Operations and Property Management. Both will report directly to HBRE’s President and CEO, Peter Gottlieb.
Hawkins brings a wealth of expertise from her previous roles at Greystar and JLL, with a focus on life science investment management and capital markets. She has extensive experience in repositioning office and life science assets, overseeing over 1,100 transactions covering 10.5 million square feet. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she actively participates in industry organizations such as NAIOP.
Brodsky joins HBRE from Piedmont Office Realty Trust where he served as General Manager for a significant Boston portfolio. Under his leadership, the portfolio saw increased tenant satisfaction ratings along with Energy Star certifications and BOMA 360 certifications. With past positions at Grubb & Ellis, Synergy,and The Lupoli Companies,Brodsky brings valuable property management experience to the team.
