"San Diego Office Tower Attracts Two Full-Floor Tenants with Secure Leases"

ESET and Northwestern Mutual have both signed 10-year leases for a combined 45,000 square feet at MetLife Investment Management’s Class A office building located at 655 West Broadway in downtown San Diego. The landlord was represented by CBRE’s Jeff Oesterblad, Chuck Reiter, Luke Williams and Anna Andrade.

The transactions involved full-floor leases on the seventh and 17th floors of the building. ESET will occupy a total of 24,233 square feet while Northwestern Mutual will take up 21,837 square feet.

According to Reiter, “We successfully negotiated two separate deals for our client in the highly competitive downtown submarket.” He also mentioned that both tenants were attracted to the prime location and amenities offered by this property which played a key role in their decision to commit long-term. These features are expected to benefit their employees as they return back to working from an office setting.
