The firm’s management portfolio now includes over 40 properties and 14,787 units with the addition of Ovaltine Court in Villa Park, The Ponds of Naperville in Naperville, and Woodlands of Crest Hill in Crest Hill.
Ovaltine Court offers a variety of one- to two-bedroom floor plans within its 344 apartments. This historic building was adapted into an apartment complex from the iconic Ovaltine Factory. Located near Springbrook Prairie Forest Preserve, The Ponds of Naperville features multiple buildings with a total of 216 one- and two-bedroom apartments available for rent. Situated on a lush wooded area spanning across 17 acres is The Woodlands at Crest Hill which boasts an impressive collection of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments totaling to 730 units.
