Entre Commercial Realty has successfully sold a prime 3.14-acre development site at 1995 Melissa Lane in Aurora, Illinois. The seller was represented by Mike DeSerto and Cory Kay from Entre Commercial Realty, while the buyer was represented by Enterprise Realty.
Thanks to Entre’s efforts, a variance and approval for outside storage and fleet maintenance were obtained for the site. Its strategic location along I-88 offers maximum interstate exposure and easy access to multiple interchanges. As a result of this transaction, the buyer will be able to construct their future headquarters tailored specifically for their transportation, maintenance, and parking needs.
The sale of this build-to-suit site in Aurora marks another successful deal completed by Entre Commercial Realty.
