LYND and Dania Beach Marina Corp. have secured a $12 million loan for the development of The Aileron, a 380-unit multifamily property located in Dania Beach, Florida. This joint venture is set to break ground on the project in the third quarter of 2024.
Kast Construction has been selected as the general contractor for this high-rise tower, with Nichols Brosch Wurst & Wolfe serving as its architect. The first phase will consist of a 15-story building, with plans for an additional 380-unit structure to follow.
