Dave & Buster’s is set to open at Southpark Meadows, one of the largest retail centers in the region, just south of Austin. The highly anticipated opening is scheduled for the week before Christmas and will bring over 160 job opportunities for positions such as servers, bartenders, hosts, line cooks and game technicians.
The new location will occupy a spacious 23,000-square-foot area and offer an impressive selection of more than 100 arcade games. In addition to its signature chef-crafted food and drinks menu options, Dave & Buster’s will also feature a bar with a massive 40-foot wall showcasing high-definition television screens.
With estimated construction costs totaling $3.6 million dollars for this project alone,Dave & Buster’s continues to expand its presence in North America with over210 venues under their ownership including Main Event Entertainment Inc., which they acquired last year for $835 million. This merger combines two major entertainment brands into one powerhouse company that promises endless fun experiences at all their locations across North America.
