NewQuest Properties is expanding their presence at Townwest Commons in Hutto, located just northeast of Austin. The development will soon feature 100,000 square feet of new entertainment, retail and restaurant space by 2024.
Construction for the next phase of this 24.5-acre project will begin in the second quarter with a focus on a state-of-the-art EVO Entertainment Center spanning over 53,500 square feet. This highly-anticipated anchor tenant offers an array of amenities including movie screens, bowling lanes, climbing walls and arcade games.
In addition to EVO Entertainment Center’s grand opening announcement comes news that Academy Sports + Outdoors has already opened its doors within the development’s current offerings – just in time for holiday shopping season!
As construction continues into Q2 next year at Townwest Commons there are plans to add two more retail structures totaling approximately 28,000 square feet. One structure has already been pre-leased to a national pet retailer and leading discount chain while smaller shops will fill up the other available space.
