The first sublease was secured by AAT Sales Inc., a reputable provider of food service equipment. This move allowed the company to expand from their previous location in Northbrook to accommodate their growing business. Tri-State Realty’s Rob Elbrecht represented the subtenant while Dan Benassi, SIOR and Sam Deihs acted on behalf of the sublandlord.
In another transaction at the property, LED Tranquility Inc., a leading audio-visual production company specializing in customized content for trade shows and international events leased 44,048 square feet through a sublease agreement. Dan Benassi SIOR and Sam Deihs were solely responsible for representing the interests of both parties involved.
This recent development marks full occupancy at Technology Way Campus without any involvement from Connect or its affiliates based out of LA or Texas.
