$110 Million Condo Project Set to Be Built in Austin

A prominent area developer is planning to construct a new mixed-use development on South Congress Avenue, featuring 250 luxury condominium units and a retail strip. The project, located directly south of Lively Middle School, will be situated on one of Austin’s most sought-after streets.

Intracorp’s successful track record in the city includes the sell-out of their 44 East Ave tower and ongoing sales for their Congress Lofts at St. Elmo development. With an estimated cost of $110 million and spanning over 620,000 square feet, this latest venture is set to become another highly coveted property in Austin.

Construction for the project is scheduled to commence on March 1st, 2024 with an expected completion date of October 1st ,2025. As part of the development plans, Intracorp Texas may need to demolish some existing buildings in order to make way for this impressive addition to Austin’s skyline.
