Meltzer, Lippe, Goldsten & Breitstone has recently expanded its lease at the Heron Tower located at 70 East 55th Street. The law firm previously occupied the 19th floor in a deal made in 2021 and is now set to double its space by leasing the entire 18th floor for a term of ten years and six months. This expansion was facilitated by Cresa’s Nicholas B. Markel with JLL’s Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan, and Thomas Swartz representing the landlord AMTAD LLC.
According to Cresa Managing Principal Peter Sabesan, Heron Tower offers top-tier services and energy-efficient space as it is LEED-certified building. It was chosen as an ideal location for our client in 2021 and continues to provide value with this new opportunity for expansion.
