"10 World Trade Achieves East Coast's First Double Platinum WiredScore Certification"

The 10 World Trade office development, located in Boston’s Seaport district, has achieved the East Coast’s first Double Platinum WiredScore and SmartScore Certification. This certification is awarded by a global authority on digital connectivity and sustainability assessment.

Standing at 17 stories tall with a total area of 555,250 square feet, this Seaport development has already obtained SITES Pre-Certification and is aiming for LEED Gold status. Additionally, it boasts higher participation from minority- and female-owned businesses compared to any other project in Boston thanks to its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Program.

According to John Hynes of Boston Global Investors: “Receiving the Double Platinum Certification from WiredScore showcases our unwavering dedication towards providing top-notch facilities for our tenants.” He further adds that they recognize the crucial role that connectivity and sustainability play in today’s ever-changing business landscape; thus achieving this milestone fills them with pride.
