Miami Apartment Developer Secures $115M Construction Loan from Goldman Sachs

When traditional lending options become limited, it is beneficial to have connections with a leading investment banking firm. Developer Codina Partners has enlisted the help of Goldman Sachs to secure a $115 million construction loan for their Coral Gables apartment project. According to the South Florida Business Journal, Codina contributed $75 million in equity towards the development of Regency Parc.

Situated on a 1.75-acre site at 2601 Salzedo St., Regency Parc will consist of an 18-story building featuring 122 apartments, two guest suites for visitors and a restaurant space spanning over 5,500 square feet. The standard units range from two-bedroom apartments at approximately 1,768 square feet to three-bedroom units at around3 ,635 square feet; however there are even larger units available on the top floors including three full-floor residences measuring12 ,000 square feet each.

The design for this project was created by Nichols Architects based in Coral Gables.

Construction has already commenced on Regency Parc and it is expected to open its doors during Christmas time in2025 .
