Choice Hotels International, Inc. is expanding its presence in the extended stay market with three new Everhome Suites currently under construction and six more in various stages of development throughout Southern California. These properties are all located in the Inland Empire region.
The upcoming Everhome Suites include a 120-room, four-story property on Madison Ave. in Temecula; a 113-room, four-story property on G St. in Ontario; and a 114-room, four-story property on Harriman Pl. in San Bernardino.
In 2022, Paladin Equity Capital opened the first-ever Everhome Suites location in Corona and has since seen great success with this brand partnership with Choice Hotels International. According to Philip Powers, partner at Paladin Equity Capital: “Choice Hotels has been an invaluable partner as we continue to grow our portfolio of Everhome Suites properties.” He also credits their close collaboration with Choice’s Extended Stay Brand and Marketing teams for driving brand awareness and attracting long-term guests to their first location.
With these successful results from their initial partnership experience thus far, both companies are confident that the next three locations set to open by 2024 will be equally prosperous ventures.
