Mission Rock Partners, a collaboration between the San Francisco Giants, Tishman Speyer and the Port of San Francisco, has partnered with Bon Vivants Hospitality to bring Quik Dog to their mixed-use development. This fast casual concept will offer burgers, hot dogs, salads + fries as well as a full bar and sodas for both kids and adults. The first permanent outpost of Quik Dog will be located at the base of The Canyon on Third Street and China Basin Park in late 2024.
According to Maggie Kadin, managing director at Tishman Speyer: “Quik Dog’s commitment further solidifies Mission Rock as an exciting destination in the Bay Area that showcases all that San Francisco has to offer.” With its award-winning craft cocktails and menu offerings, Quik Dog will serve as an attractive year-round amenity for residents and workers in this growing neighborhood.
The retail leasing program at Mission Rock is being led by CBRE’s Laura Barr who represented Mission Rock Partners in this agreement. Bon Vivants Hospitality was represented by Alex Sagues also from CBRE.
