Mill Creek, a well-known developer in South Florida, has recently announced plans for a new 13-story apartment building in Boca Raton. This project is just one of many that the company has completed or is currently working on in the area.
Named Modera Boca Raton, this development will consist of 358 apartments and approximately 6,500 square feet of retail space. Mill Creek strategically chose this location due to its proximity to the Brightline station. The South Florida Business Journal reports that there has been an increase in development around these stations located throughout Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.
The eighth floor will feature indoor amenities and an open-air courtyard while residents can enjoy a rooftop pool with stunning views. The apartments themselves range from cozy studios at 539 square feet to spacious three-bedroom units at 1,387 square feet.
