Clise Properties, a commercial real estate company based in the Pacific Northwest and run by a family, has appointed Lori Hill as the Executive Vice President of Leasing. Hill brings extensive experience to her new role, having previously served as Senior Vice President at Unico Properties and Principal at Pacific Real Estate Partners before it was acquired by JLL. She began her career with Cushman & Wakefield and has also held positions on NAIOP’s Board of Directors while actively participating in CREW’s leadership series.
Along with this new hire, Clise Properties recently made changes to their senior executive team titles. A.M. Clise is now the Executive Chairman while Dave Cuthill takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer and Bryan Joyner transitions into both President and Chief Financial Officer positions. Founded back in 1889, Seattle-based Clise Properties currently owns and manages over 2 million square feet of office space across Puget Sound region along with medical facilities and residential properties.
