Cushman & Wakefield successfully facilitated a 144,490-square-foot logistics lease at Blue River Commerce Center Building IV in Kansas City, Missouri for NorthPoint Development and tenant Amerhart. The business park reached full occupancy with Amerhart’s lease and was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jack Goldsborough and Ed O’Connor of Lavista Associates based in Atlanta. Joe Accurso from Cushman & Wakefield led the leasing for NorthPoint.
Blue River Commerce Center is strategically located at the intersection of 95th Street and Troost Avenue in Kansas City, providing convenient access to Interstate 435 and U.S. Highway 71. The property offers attractive features such as 20-year property tax abatements, high clear heights of up to 40 feet, and ample trailer parking.
Amerhart is headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin but will utilize their new facility at Blue River IV for warehousing and distribution purposes across Missouri, Kansas,and other parts of the Midwest starting December2023.Goldsborough commented that “Blue River Commerce Center is an ideal location to support Amerhart’s distribution needs within this region.”
