The Centre at Hagerstown, a regional shopping center in Maryland, has recently secured leases with two new tenants. AutoZone and MY SALON Suite will occupy over 15,000 square feet of space in the center owned by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC).
AutoZone is a popular retailer specializing in automotive parts and accessories and is expected to open its doors early next year. Meanwhile, MY SALON Suite offers haircare services through its franchise model and plans to begin operations also early next year.
The shopping center boasts an impressive lineup of anchor stores such as Burlington, Home Goods, Marshalls, PetSmart Regency Furniture , 2nd & Charles ,and Party City. The successful lease agreements were facilitated by Melissa Sweeney from CRC and Mason Berstein from KLNB Retail.
This recent development adds even more value to the already thriving Hagerstown Shopping Center without mentioning specific brands or companies involved.
