Epic Government, a healthcare management and services provider based in Annapolis, Maryland (formerly known as FSR), has recently signed one of the largest office leases in Tacoma’s recent history. Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Principals Harrison Laird and John Bauder successfully facilitated a 27,400 square-foot lease on behalf of their client D&S Family LLC.
The tenant was represented by Andrea Maks from Commercial Advantage. Epic Government specializes in providing healthcare solutions for federal clients and plans to utilize the space as a new call center. This lease marks the biggest general office lease in Pierce County since early 2021 when Infoblox expanded its space at Horizon Pacific Center located downtown Tacoma.
Situated at 5050 20th Street East in Fife, Washington is an office and warehouse property that houses multiple tenants including Continuant, Puget Sound Volleyball Academy, SCA Pacific Case Management,and Foothills Family Furniture. The recent closure of this Pierce County Office Lease by Lee & Associates signifies another successful transaction for Connect CRE.
