"6222 Wilshire Roster Gains Two New Tenants with Decron's Latest Addition"

Decron Properties has recently secured lease agreements with two new tenants for its Class A office building located at 6222 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles. The six-story, 86,736-square-foot building is now almost fully occupied at a rate of 92%.

One of the leases includes Brazil’s Consulate General in Los Angeles leasing over 16,000 square feet on the penthouse level for a term of 10.5 years. In addition to this, Hanger Clinic has signed an eight-year lease agreement for approximately 4,000 square feet.

According to JLL’s Micheal Geller who represented Decron Properties along with Ben Silver and Greg Astor in both transactions: “Decron Properties made significant investments into the common areas of the building including a complete renovation of the main lobby featuring modern finishes.” This upgrade has been well received by potential tenants as evidenced by their positive reactions towards it.

Representing Brazil was Kidder Mathews’ Brian M. Dunne and Don Hudson while CBRE’s Stan Gerlach acted on behalf of Hanger Clinic and Cushman & Wakefield’s John Doyle represented them as well.

This latest development further solidifies Decron Property’s position as one LA’s leading property management companies with an impressive portfolio that continues to attract top-tier clients.
