"Orlando Mixed-Use Plaza Sold for $20.6M"

A Winter Park mixed-use project, known as The Plaza at Hannibal Square, has recently been sold for $20.6 million to a buyer connected to Demetree Real Estate Services in Winter Park. According to the Orlando Business Journal, the sale includes two buildings – one with apartments and retail space and another with office and retail space – both built in 2007 and 2009 respectively.

The first building located at 362 S. Pennsylvania Ave., features four stories encompassing 21,536 square feet of living space along with a seven-level parking garage that connects via pedestrian bridge to the second property located at 444 W. New England Ave., which boasts three stories spanning over an impressive area of 81,957 square feet.

Interestingly enough, these properties were previously purchased together for $15 million back in September of 2014 by an entity affiliated with Owens Realty Services based out of Orlando.

This recent transaction marks yet another successful deal orchestrated by Connect CRE’s expert team within the bustling cityscape of Orlando’s real estate market.
