Rudin has recently secured a new lease agreement with Kensington Vanguard National Land Services for their renovated office tower located at 41 Madison Ave in the Flatiron District of Midtown South. The subsidiary of Truist Bank will establish its New York City headquarters in a spacious 13,394 square feet on the entire 21st floor of the building.
As part of a decade-long lease, this national title insurance agency will relocate from their current offices at 39 W.37th St during the second quarter of 2024. According to Michael Rudin, Executive Vice President at Rudin, “41 Madison continues to attract top-tier creative and financial firms who thrive on their highly skilled and collaborative employees.” He further adds that “the comprehensive redesign we have undertaken includes programming and amenities that create an ideal environment for companies like Kensington Vanguard.”
