CBRE has been selected as the leasing agent for The McMillan Center for Health & Research, a premier health, wellness, and research campus located within Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) Reservoir District project in Washington D.C. Construction on this state-of-the-art facility began in October 2022.
The impressive McMillan Center will consist of three towers spanning over 900,000 square feet. Two of these towers are connected by an underground parking structure. A dynamic team from CBRE led by Vice Chairman Chris Bodnar and including SVP John DiCamillo, first VP Lara Nealon and VP Brett Schweitzer will collaborate with TCC’s managing director Eric Fischer and Senior Associate Sam Mitrani to attract top-tier healthcare, research, and life sciences companies to lease space within the center.
In addition to The McMillan Center project itself is part of a larger development known as Reservoir District which includes 146 townhomes along with over 500 apartments. Other amenities include a community center,a sprawling park covering six acres , retail options,and even a grocery store – all designed to enhance quality living experiences for residents .
