"Expanding Horizons: Audubon Engineering Relocates to Larger Offices"

Audubon Engineering has recently relocated to a larger corporate office, occupying 71,879 square feet at their new location on West Sam Houston Parkway. The company made the move in search of better amenities, including a full-service café and fitness center. Their previous offices at 10105 Westheimer Road were only able to offer limited amenities.

The new four-story office building was constructed in 2013 and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light. With a total rentable space of 227,045 square feet, the building also features an outdoor courtyard with seating and an adjacent parking garage for tenants.

This trend towards seeking improved amenities is not unique to Audubon Engineering – other companies such as Baker Hughes have also cited this as a factor in their recent relocation decisions. As one of the leading engineering firms since its establishment in 1997, Audubon employs nearly 2,000 professionals across various fields including engineering and administration.
