The landlord, Tenbar Inc., was represented by Entre’s Denise Chaimovitz, SIOR and MA along with Jeff Blake of DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International. On the other hand, the tenant W.H. Endeavors was represented by Nick Panarese of Van Vlissingen and Co.
This pre-cast building boasts 24′ ceilings as well as two docks and one drive-in door. W.H Endeavors is a franchise under Belfor Property Restoration which offers integrated disaster recovery and restoration services worldwide.
