Lendlease has announced the successful completion and full occupancy of retail space at Clippership Wharf, a mixed-use residential development located in East Boston. The ground-floor waterfront retail, spanning approximately 8,000 square feet, is now home to three renowned dining establishments: Café Iterum, The Smoke Shop and Mida.
According to Monique Henley, Executive General Manager of East Coast Development at Lendlease,”The addition of these acclaimed eateries solidifies Clippership as a top destination for Boston residents while showcasing our commitment towards enhancing the East Boston waterfront.” Developed and constructed by Lendlease on a seven-acre site overlooking Boston’s inner harbor,the project boasts 284 rental apartments and 194 residential condominiums. These new restaurants complement the public amenities offered at Clippership including access to Harborwalk – a scenic pathway stretching over 40 miles – an amphitheater,dog park,and seasonal kayaking/boating activities.
