Panattoni and Crow Holdings Receive Permits for Frederickson Industrial’s Next Phase

This week, permits were approved for the construction of a 611,000-square-foot warehouse in the FRED310 development in Frederickson, WA. According to Puget Sound Business Journal , this is part of a larger industrial park spanning 310 acres and planned for up to seven buildings totaling four million square feet. The $68 million project called Building G is being developed on a speculative basis and set for completion by 2024. Additionally, joint venture partners Panattoni Development Co. and Crow Holdings are seeking permits for the 750,000-square-foot Building D due to high tenant interest in Fred 310 Project . Travis Hale from Panattoni expressed confidence that these spec projects will meet demand when they break ground this summer .
