Nashville Developers Building Mixed-Use Project on High-Risk Lot

Developing on irregular lots can be a challenge, but for one local developer, it presents an opportunity to showcase their creativity. Jared Bradley of 1300 4th Avenue Partners is taking on the task of building an apartment project on a triangle lot in Nashville. According to the Nashville Business Journal, this unique location between Fourth Avenue and railroad tracks has inspired Bradley to think outside the box.

The development at 1300 Fourth Ave. S will consist of a four-story stick-frame building with 134 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. In addition, there will be approximately 5,700 square feet dedicated for retail space.

Residents can look forward to various amenities such as a swimming pool and spa area, fitness center, screened-in porch area and multiple lounge spaces within the apartment complex.

With an estimated cost of $42 million dollars and groundbreaking set for December 1st , construction is expected take approximately two years to complete.

This mixed-use project by Nashville developers showcases their ability to tackle challenging locations with expert design strategies that cater towards modern living needs without compromising quality or functionality.
