Colliers has announced the first two leases at 101 W Ponce, a Class A office building in Downtown Decatur. The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors signed an 18,411-square-foot full-floor lease while Aristocrat Technologies leased 6,404 square feet. Colliers Executive Vice Presidents Heather Lamb and Jessica Doyle led leasing efforts for both transactions.
The six story property features 109,000 square feet of space with modernized lobby amenities including a communal conference facility and fitness center as well as an outdoor courtyard adjacent to Decatur’s historic downtown square. The RMR Group completed the full building renovation prior to these leases being secured by Colliers International’s Lamb and Doyle teams respectively.
