The franchise has recently secured leases for two prime spots in the greater Baltimore area, adding to their growing portfolio. These upcoming locations at Lakeshore Plaza and Liberty Exchange are expected to welcome customers by early 2024.
Representing the landlord was Eric Llewellyn of St. John Properties, while tenant representation was handled by John Sindler of Hyatt Commercial for both transactions.
Originating from Los Angeles, this restaurant chain boasts a delectable menu featuring hand-breaded chicken prepared in various heat levels along with other mouth-watering items such as chicken sandwiches, garlic twists, burritos, macaroni and cheese and fried pickles.
