CIM Group has recently announced a long-term lease agreement with Noah Clothing, a renowned streetwear brand from New York. The approximately 5,000-square-foot boutique will be located in the Sycamore District and marks Noah’s first store in Los Angeles at 911 N. Orange Dr., near the Jeffrey Deitch gallery.
According to Brendon Babenzien and Estelle Bailey-Babenzien, co-founders of Noah Clothing, their new store concept aims to create a community space rather than just a traditional shop. Inspired by New York loft living, their LA location will offer more than just products – it will also serve as an event venue for friends to gather for dinners, screenings and shows.
Noah joins other notable businesses in the Sycamore District such as Nili Lotan,Lizzie Mandler,Jacques Marie Mage ,Officine Generale,Motor Cars LA ,Just One Eye ,Retrospecs Supervinyl,Pause Studio,Sandspa,Clover,Brella,Tartine,Gigi’s Hollywood,Mister T Los Angeles,Mizlala,and Sightglass Coffee.
This latest development is part of CIM Group’s efforts to revitalize the Sycamore District into an exciting destination for both locals and visitors alike.
