"Lyndhurst Diner Redevelopment Sells for $3M"

The Lyndhurst Diner Redevelopment in Lyndhurst, New Jersey has recently been sold for $2.9 million. The property, located at 540 Riverside Ave, spans over 1 acre and is situated at the intersection of Riverside Avenue and Kingsland Avenue near the DeJessa Bridge connecting Lyndhurst to Belleville/Nutley and Route 21.

Marcus & Millichap’s investment specialists Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero, and John Moroz represented the seller in this transaction which was completed with two New Jersey-based LLCs as buyers. This sale marks a significant milestone for the redevelopment project without any mention of specific organizations or locations such as “Connect CRE”, “Connect LA”, or “Connect Texas”.
