Graycor Construction, a leading building and industrial project company based in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, has recently finished extensive renovations on two DICK’S House of Sport and Golf Galaxy locations in Baybrook and Katy, Texas. Serving as the general contractor for both projects was Graycor Construction Company with Fox Design as the project architect. The newly redeveloped retail spaces have undergone significant interior and exterior updates.

Each renovated DICK’S House of Sport store spans nearly 100,000 square feet. These stores feature exciting in-store experiences like climbing walls and multi-sport cages while Golf Galaxy boasts golf simulation hitting bays along with a putting green.
