Greystone has added Paul Donahue as a managing director based in Boston. With over 35 years of experience in real estate capital markets, he brings an invaluable lending platform to the firm.
Prior to joining Greystone, Donahue served as a senior vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital where he provided debt solutions for pension fund advisors, family offices and affordable housing sponsors. He also held roles at CBRE, Berkshire Mortgage Finance and Krupp Realty.
