"First Occupants Arrive at New Woodlands Life Science Park"

Nurix Therapeutics has recently relocated to the state-of-the-art Alexandria Center for Advanced Technologies in The Woodlands, Texas. This 12-acre life science campus has been revamped to cater specifically to companies in the science and technology industries. Nurix will occupy 46,000 square feet of this highly anticipated campus, with plans to hire between 75 and 100 employees for both scientific and executive positions.

According to reports from the Houston Business Journal, Alexandria Real Estate Equities demolished two of the original buildings on this property and renovated the remaining two with a new design. Additionally, a four-story parking garage was built on one side of the property while a park-like area featuring sitting areas, pickleball courts,and fire pits was created at its center. Other amenities include collaborative spaces,a gym,a conference center,and food service options.

At full capacity,the campus will offer an impressive total of325 ,000 square feetof building space.The first occupants have already begun settling into their new home at this exciting development in The Woodlands’ thriving life science community.
