The Providence Group, a boutique retail real estate brokerage firm based in Charlotte, has successfully completed six retail transactions totaling over 72,000 square feet in various markets throughout the Southeast. These deals include partnerships with well-known national retailers such as Salon Lofts and Ulta in the Metropolitan Charlotte market, Decca Dental in Kannapolis, NC, Discount Tire in Easley SC, Planet Fitness in Lexington SC and Aldi in Lynchburg VA.
According to Darren Wood of The Providence Group (pictured above), “We are seeing a significant amount of leasing activity across key metro markets like Charlotte. Both national brands and local retailers are actively seeking space opportunities. Despite low vacancies and construction supply shortages within prime areas , we have noticed that retailers are becoming more flexible with their store requirements.”
