Reconditioning Work/Shop in Dallas | Triten

In today’s economy, real estate investors are looking for ways to revamp choice properties rather than market them for sale. Despite the lack of sales activity, multi-million dollar renovations remain in full swing. One such example is Work/Shop, a mixed-use complex located in Dallas that has recently been redeveloped by Houston-based investment and development firm Triten Real Estate Partners. The project includes 135,000 square feet of office space and 81,500 square feet of retail space with restaurants and entertainment venues as well as 30,000 square feet of open green spaces with views overlooking Prestonwood Country Club.

Triten undertook major renovations to the south office building which included a redesigning its 65k sqft façade along with common areas plus new amenities were added too! Additionally they are also upgrading various components within the retail area too! CBRE have been appointed to lease out this newly renovated workspace accordingly.

The recent redevelopment at Work/Shop demonstrates how investors can still make improvements despite economic conditions being neutral – providing an opportunity for growth when it comes time to sell or rent these properties again down the line!
