30 Montgomery Street, located in Jersey City, has recently signed six leases totaling 21,737 square feet. These leases include both new agreements and renewals with prominent tenants such as Schuman Hanlon, Hudsonpoint, Specialty Rondot, Behrman Communications, Chori and Morgan and Morgan.
The building is a 15-story Class A office space covering an impressive 315.385 square feet. It boasts a variety of on-site amenities and convenient access to public transportation.
Cushman & Wakefield’s David DeMatteis and Mina Shehata acted as representatives for the landlord American Realty Advisors in these lease negotiations.
